So what's with the name?

No, it's not "Starbucks^®" or "Microsoft^®," but we believe it is unique and we want to share the meaning behind its creation.

“Emerald” represents the precious gemlike relationships that we all have - those important ones, the “this is what we live for” relationships - with our loved ones, spouses, children, grandchildren, and friends. It also represents the way we feel about the relationship we have with our clients.

“Spectrum” represents the broad and comprehensive way we work and how together we discuss and evaluate the decisions we make and the directions we take in our everyday lives, understanding that those choices affect us financially. In essence, it represents the spectrum of not only financial planning but life planning.

Choosing between “Advisory” and “Planning” was a little more difficult. Some said, how about “Planning” so the acronym could be “ESP.” Of course, we don't have that! So in the end, “Advisory” was chosen because that is what we do as Investment Adviser Representatives of Commonwealth Financial Network; we advise you. Everyone has their own goals and opportunities, and everyone also has their own challenges and obstacles. The challenges that arise need to be handled properly and the opportunities that present themselves need to be captured. We strive to take the time to counsel you so you stay focused on your goals and that you will be comfortable and complete in your understanding.
